This class is for expectant mothers that are 12 weeks and over. Flow with the breath through gentle postures and stretches to deeply connect with your baby, encouraging restful relaxation in the body and the mind. A wonderful way to support yourself in your pregnancy by maintaining mobility and easing any aches in your changing body, as well as to feel supported within a community of fellow to-be-mums. Bring your kids along to play for free at our play area during your yoga session!
Instructor Bio:
Charlotte is a certified yoga and movement facilitator, trained in working with women’s health and menstrual cycle wisdom. She has experience teaching various styles of yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin/Pregnancy/Power) across studios in Bristol UK, sharing a holistic practice which centres the spiritual potential of yoga as well as the grounded physical benefits. She enjoys guiding mindful movement which encourages intuitive connection with the body and the breath, allowing space for self expression and deep restedness. Yoga has been a part of her own journey of self connection and love, and she is passionate about holding space for empowering this embodied wisdom in others.
